Common Name Search Problems - When I hit the submit button it is very slow.

How can I find a name when I am not sure of the spelling?
Enter an underscore ( _ ) in place of any characters to be used as 'wild cards' (i.e., smith r_b'). Wild cards cannot be used in the first two positions.
